Child Care Center....
| CAP operates
one child
care center in Lancaster City, located at 601 South Queen Street.
Community Action Program is a non-profit organization that provides full day care services for children with working parents or whose parents are in enrolled in full time job training/education. We serve children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age and accept all forms of subsidy. Private fee payers are also welcome. Children attending CAP Child Care also enjoy the benefits of Head Start and Head Start services. Each of our classrooms are staffed with well trained personnel who reflect the ethnic and cultural diversity of our community. CAP Child Care Center is licensed by the PA Department of Public Welfare and has earned a Star 2 in the Keystone Stars rating system. We are currently working towards Star 3.
