The RMO provides resources, mentoring and opportunities for individuals who are returning to the community after incarceration.

The RMO provides resources, mentoring and opportunities for individuals who are returning to the community after incarceration.

The RMO's office is at 40 East King Street, Lancaster, within Lancaster County Adult Probation and Parole.

Before Release from Prison

  • Roadmap to Successful Reentry 
  • Brief Reentry Planning - 1:1 planning sessions to identify needs and resources
  • RMO Reentry Course
    A 12 hour course that Covers managing money, housing, transportation, health, mental health, addiction/relapse prevention, trauma, probation/parole, family/parenting responsibilities, employment resources, etc.

After Release from Prison

  • Immediate reentry needs
  • Navigation / resource referrals
  • Successful Returning Citizens Group
    Meets twice weekly at Ebenezer Baptist Church (address). The group is peer-led by facilitators who were formerly incarcerated. Community mentors participate in the group and provide coaching to returning citizens.

RMO provides services to anyone who is returning to the community after incarceration.
