2. IRS Form 990, 990-T (06/30/09).

3. IRS Determination Letter dated October 19, 1966.

4. IRS Determination Letter re-issue June 30, 2009.

5. Current CAP Board of Directors 2009-2010.

6. PA Bureau of Charitable Organizations (BCO) registration certificate (2010).

7. Annual CAP Budget (2009-2010).

8. CAP By-Laws (approved 10/22/08)

9. Accounting Policies and Procedures
